Attention of Faculty Members;
Personnel Affairs must be notified of changes in the graduation
information (BSc, MSc, PhD or similar degrees) with appropriate
documents.
The lacking titles used in the Staff Roster site can be later on
completed using "Academic Personnel CV Information"
(http://academic.metu.edu.tr) program.
Faculty Members can add academic activities such as publications and
thesis conducted before 1998 using the above mentioned program by
filling the year information in the "Activity year" field.
The information concerning the 2008 period have been approved.
Therefore, corrections can only be made after cancellation of the
approvals of Deans' Offices and Department Chairmen on these
information.
In order to correct the information concerning the 2000-2007 period ,
Status of the information should be changed to 'REMOVED APPROVED' by President's Office, then
the information can be updated by Dean's or by instructor after Dean's cancellation of approval.
The changes in the telephone, fax and the personel web pages fields in
the Staff Roster can be updated by using the "Update Your Records
option" of the Phonebook program
(http://phonebook.metu.edu.tr) in
the METU Web Page (usercode and password given by METU-CC is required
for update).
